What is the delivery fee (*)? It's reasonably priced based on your zip code. Just ask the florist.
Can I just get a recurring bouquet? Sure, just make sure someone is there to receive it. We usually keep bouquet deliveries moisturized as much as possible, but nothing is guaranteed over an hour. It's living afterall.
Do I get more rewards? Sure, we always thank our loyal customers with certain freebees, holiday discounts, and family & friend discounts. We'll occasionally email you personalized discounts.
Can I freeze my recurring order? Yes, we totally understand. If you need to temporarily freeze, then we ask that you give us two days notice so we don't buy more at market.
Can I cancel my recurring order? Yes. If there's anything we could have improved, then give us a ring. Satisfaction guaranteed :)
